Privacy Policy
How we handle your information, in plain language.
This describes what happens to your information when you use this site. It is written to match how the site actually works today. If that changes, this page changes with it.
What we collect, and when
When you place an order. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and the delivery address you enter. We also keep what you ordered and what you paid.
Your card. Card numbers are typed into a secure field provided by Square and never reach our servers. We send Square the amount and your email address so it can take the payment and match it to your order.
When you create an account. Your email address, your name and phone number if you give them, and a scrambled version of your password that cannot be turned back into the password itself. Any delivery address you choose to save.
When you join our list. Your email address, and which part of the site you joined from.
When you use the contact form. Your name, your email address and your message.
What stays in your own browser
Your bag, your wishlist, and whether you have already seen our signup offer are stored by your browser on your own device. We never receive them, except for the contents of your bag at the moment you check out. Sharing a wishlist puts the fragrances you picked into the link and nothing else.
Signing in sets one cookie so you stay signed in for thirty days. It holds your email address and your name, it cannot be read by scripts on the page, and it is only sent back to this site.
Who else sees it
Square processes the payment and receives the amount and your email address. Their own privacy terms cover what they do with it.
Nobody else. We do not sell your information, we do not hand it to advertisers, and this site currently runs no analytics or advertising trackers at all. If we ever add one, this page will say so before it goes on.
Marketing email
If you join the list, we may email you about new releases and offers. There is no automatic unsubscribe link yet: email hello@ibrahimfragrances.com.au and we will take you off the list straight away.
How long we keep it
Orders are kept as business records. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. Your address on our list is kept until you ask to come off it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ibrahimfragrances.com.au or call 0492 974 467 and we will do it.
