The terms you agree to when you buy from us.
Who you are buying from

Placing an order
Adding items to your bag and paying is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the order. If something is out of stock, or a price has been listed wrongly, we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than complete it.
Prices and offers
All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Bundle pricing applies automatically as soon as your bag qualifies for it, whether you build the bundle on the Bundles page or add the bottles one at a time. A discount code takes off what it says where it is offered, and applies to the price after any bundle saving.
Payment
Payments are taken by Square. Your card details are entered into Square's own secure field and never reach us, so we cannot see or store them.
Delivery
Rates and delivery times are on our shipping page. Delivery times are estimates given to us by the carrier, not guarantees.
Returns
Unopened fragrances can be returned within 30 days. Opened bottles are eligible for an exchange or store credit. The full terms are on our returns page.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@ibrahimfragrances.com.au if you think someone else has access to it, and we may suspend an account that is being misused.
Products and photographs
We describe every fragrance as accurately as we can. Photography and screen colour can make a bottle look slightly different from the one that arrives. Where we find a mistake in a description or a price, we correct it.
Our words and pictures
The writing, photography and design on this site belong to IBRAHIM Fragrances. Please do not reproduce them elsewhere without asking us first.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any one order is limited to what you paid for it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
